Chengdu, China

As you can see, the city is very developed. Many rides an electric powered scooters or a hybrid bicycle.
















On Sunday June 3rd, I took a flight with my mom, brother and cousin to visit Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province in the southwest, has been the economic and cultural center of China's most populous province since 400 BC. Also my parents resides here.

Boat Ride

The boat ride was closed for construction but i got a pic of these boats and reminds me how bad i want to be on a beach. Too bad i didn't get a chance to try the beaches here. Time was the enemy.

Chicken Rice Balls

This was soooo good!!! The line was long.


Here is a close up on the riceballs. They say if you haven't try this while you are in Malacca, you haven't been there.

The entrance of Chinatown in Malacca. The chinese culture is rich in this part of town.

The oldest Chinese temple in Malaysia resides here. Built in the 1800's i believe.

Theres Jeremy and his aunt. I am on a seperate beca with his sister. BTW they have a portable car stereo that plays cds. Listened to some rap and shakira on the way. He knew my taste!!!

Malacca Trip

Here i am at the Farmosa fort of Malacca. I haven't back here since i was 10 years old. Much have change. I remember that there were more of fort the last time i was there. I have no idea what happened to it. Needless say, the richness of culture and history was overwhelmingly rich.

Leaning Tower

Last destination before heading home we stopped by Teluk Intan. This is the leaning tower of Teluk Intan. The structure was built in the 1800's. It has sinced been restored unused due to its unstable foundation that causes it to slant one side.

Sundown

As I think about my sunshine as she dances the night away to some tango music. How much I miss her. Her heart as colorful and rich as the sky above. Longing to feel her touch again I wait and wait until the day I will see her again. In my arms where she belongs. Goodnight sweetheart, see you in the morning.

The Waterfall
